The degree of change seen in Megan’s appearance points to either fat transfer or dermal fillers says RN Brook Barlow, who’s worked for a plastic surgeon for years. Barlow, who’s highly experienced with the appearance from the outcome of these procedures, says that Megan Fox’s fuller face, higher cheekbones and the absence of smile lines from her face is a clear indication of these two procedures in her opinion.While Megan Fox was not treated at the practice where Barlow works, she’s seen this done enough to know the result of these procedures when she sees them. Megan’s made the headlines earlier this year with fuller lips and fuller cheeks showing up overnight, raising the same plastic surgery questions.

Fox went as far as posting pictures of her online pointing out lines and imperfections that would not be on her face if she got the Botox injections she was rumored to have at that time.
